Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy describes exactly what this site stores in your browser and why — it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer, and it's kept in sync with what the site actually does; update it here first if that ever changes.

What this site currently stores

RAM.AI doesn't run advertising cookies on this site. The only things this site stores in your browser are:

  • Cookie consent preference — a single entry in your browser's local storage recording whether you clicked "Accept" or "Necessary only" on the cookie banner, so you're not asked again on every visit. This never leaves your browser and isn't sent to RAM.AI or anyone else.
  • Google Analytics (only if you click "Accept", and only once RAM.AI has connected a Google Analytics account — see below) — helps RAM.AI see aggregate traffic patterns: which pages get visited, roughly which country visitors are browsing from (based on IP address, which Google Analytics doesn't store in full), what device/browser type, and what site or search engine referred you here. This is reported in aggregate, not tied to your name or contact details — RAM.AI only learns who a specific visitor is if you separately submit the contact or RFP form. Clicking "Necessary only" means this never loads. Google's own privacy policy governs what Google itself does with this data.

Third-party services

Submitting the contact form or RFP form sends that form's contents to Formspree, which may set its own cookies as part of processing the submission — see Formspree's privacy policy for details. Blog, AI Insights, Case Studies, and Whitepapers link out to third-party publishers (TechCrunch, VentureBeat, CFO Dive, and others) — once you click through to their site, their own cookie policy applies, not this one.

Google Analytics activation status

As of this policy's last update, RAM.AI has not yet connected a Google Analytics account to this site — so today, clicking "Accept" doesn't actually load anything extra. Once RAM.AI connects one, Google Analytics will start loading for visitors who've clicked "Accept", without needing a new round of consent from people who already chose "Accept" for this same stated purpose. If RAM.AI ever adds advertising cookies or a different kind of tracking beyond what's described above, this page and the banner will be updated first, and consent will be asked for again.
