This policy describes exactly what this site collects and does — written to match RAM.AI's actual data practices, not copied from a generic template. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer; treat it as a solid working policy, and have it checked by one if RAM.AI starts handling significant volumes of customer data or expands into new regulatory regions.
Who we are
RAM.AI Solutions ("RAM.AI", "we", "us") is an AI product studio based in India. This policy covers www.ramaisolutions.in and explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Contact form: name, email, company, phone number (if you provide one), and your message.
Request for Proposal form: the same fields above, plus job function, country, the challenges you describe, any notes, an optional file attachment, and a due date if you give one.
Cookie preference: a single choice ("Accept" or "Necessary only") stored in your browser, so you're not asked again on every visit. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Analytics (only if you click "Accept", and only once Google Analytics is connected): aggregate traffic data — pages visited, approximate country, device type, referral source. Not tied to your name unless you separately submit a form. Full detail in the Cookie Policy.
We don't collect payment information on this site — RAM.AI doesn't sell anything directly through it.
How we use it
We use contact/RFP submissions only to respond to your enquiry — routing it to the right person, following up by email or phone, and keeping a record of the conversation. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services we use
Formspree processes contact and RFP form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Vercel hosts this site and processes standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as part of serving pages. Sanity stores AI Glossary content. Google Analytics, if and when connected, processes aggregate traffic data as described above. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what they do with data on their end.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and RFP submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records — generally no longer than a few years unless we have an ongoing relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see "Your rights" below).
If you're in the UK or EU
RAM.AI is the data controller for information collected through this site. Depending on why you contacted us, we process your data either based on your consent (e.g. submitting the contact form) or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to how we use it — email us to exercise any of these.
If you're in California
We don't sell your personal information, and we haven't sold any in the past 12 months. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and request its deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@ramaisolutions.in.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
